With LUXO WAVE LED UV series, you may obtain 2 types of examination images – “Shadow free expansion,” that emits lights from 2 directions with 2 LED independently-controlled lightings placed on left and right of the lens, and an enhanced magnified image using only one lighting (either right or left) to enhance the three-dimensional effect.
WAVE LED UV is equipped with a UV-A light source (peak 400nm) as a standard specification, and its UV specification is mainly designed for inspection of insulation protection coating, and with the coating illuminating in dark purple, you may easily discover the uncoated area.
In addition to defective fluorescent detection of stress contamination such as in welding and solder joints, it can also be used for repairing art objects in museums and for more inspection.
The long arm provides smooth operation in both vertical and horizontal directions, and can always be in the correct position (without wandering).
The lighting and lens can perform up/down/left/right/axis rotation movements by the joint mechanism of the head part.
The flexibility of installation is also high.
The magnification is 3.5x in this model, and by using LUXO-PUL, additional magnification is available although the lens itself is not interchangeable.
